NEW! Airflow Resistance

Please reach us at Mleshner@expertlabs.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

An internal pressure sensor monitors the lung pressure and displays the peak-to-peak amplitude of inhale/exhale pressure fluctuations, displaying a measure of resistance pressure, measured in centimeters of water (cm H2O)

Measuring Airflow Resistance using a vacuum pump, manometer and flowmeter is the preferred method.  It is very repeatable and does not require a breathing machine.  The Aiirflow Resistance channel in Breathmeter measures the same thing dynamically,

CO2 Rebreathing and Airflow Resistance are seperate and distinct hazards that may occur individually or in concert.  POOR AIR QUALITY and REDUCED AIR QUANTITY.  When designing products, measures to reduce one hazard may have an adverse effect on the other.  By measuring both potential hazards, both can be minimized through core and cover masterial selections.
